Route Description and Environment
From the west you can see its collapsed caldera covered by a dense forest, and from the eastern slopes its steep cliffs are obvious. Ascents are made to Pasochoa and paths can be walked, which have lush Andean forest flora and fauna; the climate is quite humid; its importance lies in the large number of birds that exist inside.
The activities allowed in the protected area are hiking, photography and camping.
