The art of cooking with firewood is one of the secrets that have made this typical food restaurant in Machachi famous. It opened its doors more than 35 years ago. Hornado, chugchucara, mote con chicharrón, fritada, yahuarlocro and quimbolitos are some of the delicacies of the Ecuadorian highlands that are served in this establishment.
